
Service Advisor
Job Description
We are a fast-growing powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor equipment. We are committed to delivering top-tier customer service and keeping our customers riding. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for service customers
- Greet customers and accurately document service concerns
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
- Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Review and close repair orders, including processing payments
- Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous service advisor, automotive, or powersports experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge of powersports equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership systems (DMS a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must hold a motorcycle endorsement or must be willing to get within 90 days of employment.
