Job Description
Modern Automotive Network is currently seeking Call Center/BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representatives to expand its team in our Winston-Salem, NC office. Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality. Responsibilities include: • Answering both inbound and internal phone calls • Making outbound calls • Handling approximately 120 plus calls daily • Communicating professionally with customers and fellow employees Qualifications: • Must have the ability to work a varying schedule • Must have computer skills. • Ability to multi-task. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High School Diploma or GED required.
