Job Description
The Memory Care (Reflections) Coordinator is responsible for managing all facets of service to address resident care needs in the Memory Care Community. The Coordinator hires, trains, supervises and schedules the care givers and med techs, monitors resident care needs, alerts the Wellness Director when the resident has a change in condition, addresses resident and family concerns, responds to the resident special requests and acts as a liaison with community providers. The Coordinator must exhibit genuine interest in residents with dementia and show patience and understanding while working with residents, families and visitors.
