LVMG- Life Enrichment Coordinator (Memory Care)
Job Description
Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We’re currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position will be 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, working every other weekend, in our new Memory Care neighborhood.
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the overall quality of life for residents in assisted living, memory care, and healthcare households. As a fully integrated member of the household team, you will help shape each resident’s daily experience—supporting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well‑being through meaningful engagement and individualized programming.
This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role where you’ll bring creativity, compassion, and energy to every day.
At Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant, we’re more than just a workplace—we’re a not‑for‑profit organization that puts people first. That means valuing every resident we serve and every team member who supports them. Here, your work is more than a job; it’s a meaningful part of something bigger.
Come see the difference!
