Sr. Coordinator, Resource Management - Consulting (Bilingual)

Make an impact with our growing Consulting Resource Management team as a Sr. Coordinator. In this internal role you will partner closely with the Resource Manager, Consulting practice leaders and delivery teams to support strategies, programs and processes to optimize resource utilization and productivity, and ensure project resourcing needs are met. You’ll maintain and improve the tools and data that give visibility into skills and availability across our national Consulting team, and you’ll share regular insights and KPI reporting with practice leaders. You will also collaborate with leaders in our Ontario and Quebec regions to support strategic resource management initiatives.
