Director Clinical Education and Competency

The Director of Clinical Education and Competency is a centralized operational leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of clinical education, competency management, and remediation across the organization. This role ensures a consistently high performing clinical workforce by translating clinical strategy into standardized training, validated competencies, and measurable performance outcomes.

Operating within the Chief Clinical Officer’s clinical performance model, the Director establishes and maintains a closed loop system that supports onboarding, ongoing competency validation, targeted remediation, and regulatory readiness.
