Job Summary:
Oversees the operations and strategies of multiple senior living communities across the system, including financial performance, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, employee recruitment and retention, growth, and development of new business lines. Provides strategic and business planning support for supervisors and managers within a service area.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements benchmarks and performance criteria for the individual entities within a service area.
- Leads the teams to achieving and exceeding performance goals. Provides senior management with accurate performance information.
- Assists managers/supervisors with ideas and implementation of intervention strategies or other tactics to enhance financial performance and grow the business.
- Ensures data collection is occurring throughout the year about competitive organization’s strategies within each of the region’s marketplaces.
- Coordinates, develops and implements the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program (QAPI) activities and reports quality measurements to the board of directors annually.
- Assists in the identification of goals and related patient outcomes, and overall development and implementation of the QAPI program.
- Promotes continuous quality improvement. Ensures decision-making is driven by data and customer-supplier relationships are facilitated both within and outside the system.
- Creates and implements a communication plan for staff, senior management, customers, and the community within the entity’s service area. Makes effective use of the resources within the region for new program development, systems improvement, best practice development and promotion.
- Ensures that a customer/patient satisfaction system with feedback and action components is in place. Follows up and resolves customer complaints as needed.
- Supports and implements an organization-wide sales and marketing strategy. Supports sales and marketing staff.
- Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree
