As a Technology Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient laboratory operations within the research and development facility in the region.
You will lead and develop a team of scientists, engineers, and technicians to ensure the efficient and effective execution of research projects, laboratory operation, and testing processes.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D labs, encouraging creative thinking, problem-solving, and high technical standards.
Drives change and challenge the status quo; fosters accountability, prioritization, collaboration, strategic alignment, agility, and a sense of urgency for delivering financial results in the global organization.
Keep up to date on key market and macro trends - leverages emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices (AI, digitalization etc.) to create a best-in-class technology organization.
Partner with product stewardship and HSE to assess and manage product risks, safety data, and compliance documentation.
Ensures the laboratories are safe and compliant with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
