Plan, budget, execute, and document strategic innovation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and cost objectives are met.
Develop and maintain strong project operating mechanisms, tools, and processes to improve execution effectiveness.
Create project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans to manage uncertainty and strategic change.
Evaluate and communicate risk and reward trade-offs impacting project objectives and deliverables.
Negotiate with resource managers and resolve resource constraints through independent decision-making.
Provide regular, clear communication to business and technical leadership on project status, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
Strengthen project management capability within Performance Coatings through coaching and continuous improvement.
