Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted medical customers to drive revenue, margin, and share growth.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the medical device value chain, including OEMs and contract manufacturers.
  • Lead early-stage customer engagement and design-in / specification efforts to secure long-term revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, qualified pipeline with clear milestones, conversion plans, and timeline ownership.
  • Actively manage opportunities through the funnel by driving progress, removing roadblocks, and accelerating time to close.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships across technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow high-value accounts, expanding share of wallet while defending existing positions.
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-year commercial agreements, optimizing value and margin.
  • Drive cross-functional execution to win and deliver business by aligning R&D, regulatory, quality, and supply chain around customer priorities.
  • Translate customer needs into clear internal actions and ensure follow-through across the organization.
  • Operate effectively across a multi-country European environment, navigating cultural, commercial, and regulatory complexity.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain disciplined CRM usage, and provide clear pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, customer strategies, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategy.
  • Represent Lubrizol at key customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade events.
