Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in sales roles, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
  • Strong understanding of key account development, with high focus on End Users, Machine Builders – OEMs and SI ecosystem.
  • Engage and leverage cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Develop key account plans and execute strategy with focus to create and close opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Robust analytical skills and strategy development.
  • Able to hold and conduct tough conversations.
