Resident Assistant

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. You’ll also assist with creating a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity. Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued. Resident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: ·         Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.
