Responsibilities of a CNA:
- Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
- Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
- Checking patient vital signs each day and keep precise records in the patient’s chart
Qualifications for a CNA:
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
- Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of NC required.

Zebulon Rehabilitation Center, located at 509 W Gannon Ave Zebulon, NC 27597, is a 60- bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with up to 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
