Engineering Supervisor I

Mesa is looking for an Engineering Supervisor I, located in Knoxville, TN. This individual will manage and supervise a team of 3+ individuals of various experience and skill sets. Responsibilities include ensuring team members stay on task and perform duties within allotted timeframes with high levels of quality. Candidate will represent Mesa and the P&C team while in direct contact with our client. Successful candidates will proactively take on design and/or check responsibilities to meet workload demands and will train and mentor team members. Current licensed PE is highly desirable, ability to attain PE within twelve months is required.
