The Director or Revenue Cycle is a key change agent position with significant corporate level visibility. This position requires a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging their strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in as the lead change facilitator driving the performance of their designated hospitals.
