Front of the House Manager

Southern Hospitality Company, an entity of Southern Land Company, is headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Front of the House Manager to open our new Italian restaurant, Lupo Notte. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, in a fast-paced work environment.

With support from the General Manager and assistant General Manager, the Front of the House Manager directs and oversees all operations in the front of house, including personnel performance management, beverage menu mix, ordering, vendor relations, beer, wine and liquor inventory. Ultimate responsibility for guest satisfaction and financial performance.
