Assistant General Manager

Southern Hospitality Company, an entity of Southern Land Company, is headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to open our new Italian restaurant, Lupo Notte. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, in a fast-paced work environment.

With support from the General Manager, the AGM directs and oversees all operations in the front of house, including personnel performance management, beverage menu mix, ordering, vendor relations, beer, wine and liquor inventory. Ultimate responsibility for guest satisfaction and financial performance.
