Job Summary
Ubiquity is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day
management of office facilities and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help ensure
a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for employees and visitors while gaining valuable
workplace experience through the National Service program.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily management and maintenance of office facilities.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Support the setting up of meeting rooms, workstations, and office events.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up with vendors or technicians.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
• Assist with asset tracking and inventory management.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and office errands as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree or HND in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Work Conditions
• Office-based role (with rotational shifts if required).
• May require occasional support during weekends or after-hours for facility or HR events.
