Intake Registration Specialist - Same Day Access

As a full-time Intake Registration Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face that helps individuals and families take the first step toward support and recovery. In this team-based, rewarding role, you’ll greet individuals and families checking in for Same Day Access intake appointments both in person and virtually. You will help guide them through intake forms and self-assessments, share information about mental health services, and assist with scheduling next steps in care. Your responsibilities will encompass community inclusion activities, advocacy, education, and direct services aimed at enhancing the intake experience of individuals and families served.
