Telehealth Coordinator I
Job Description
The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. This role gathers information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other related sources and enters information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. Please note this is a non-clinical role.
