Patient Account Specialist

Responsabilities:

• Arrange for payment or establish payment arrangements for NAMI and self-pay clients.
• Collect and facilitate Payments
• Notify customers of delinquent accounts and advise on necessary actions or strategies for debt repayment.
• Deliver bills to in-house residents responsible for their own payments.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years experience working with nursing home Medicaid eligibility requirements and regulations

Education:

•  Bachelor's Degree
