Logistics Coordinator

The Global Mobility and Logistics Department plays a critical role in supporting international healthcare professionals (HCPs) throughout their transition to life and work in the United States. The Logistics Coordinator is part of a collaborative team of coordinators who each maintain an area of concentration while remaining cross-trained to support all logistics functions. This position plays a key role in organizing and coordinating the needs of Avant’s corporate apartments for incoming HCPs, supports corporate transportation, facilities and front desk operations, assists in moving furniture and supply needs, and performs administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both HCPs and staff.
