The Business Development team is in charge of discovering the demand for our services in the industry and marketing our brand throughout the industry. They initiate our relationship with client facilities by developing a master staffing agreement containing the terms of our relationship.
The Workforce Solutions Director is responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients by asking questions that focus on strategic workforce planning. This role effectively develops mutually beneficial relationships and connections with current and potential clients at a national level based on the assigned territory. This position manages a larger territory and is responsible for signing client contracts and revenue production.
