Job Description
The Equipment Maintenance Specialist supports the growth of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) by collaborating with CVA, sales, and service teams to deliver timely quotes and ensure contract health. This role monitors maintenance agreements (PM and TM&R), manages budgets, schedules, and reports, and addresses contract opportunities. It also involves developing maintenance pricing for products, conducting research, and presenting information to management and customers as needed.
