Job Description
The Junior Project Manager supports the assigned Project Manager in the administration, coordination, and documentation of active heavy civil earthwork construction projects. This is a developmental role designed to build foundational competency in construction project management through hands-on involvement in day-to-day project operations. The Junior Project Manager works under direct supervision, taking direction from the Project Manager, and is expected to grow toward independent project responsibility over time.
