Pennoni is seeking a Survey Project Manager with strong survey experience and a proven track record of success managing survey projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field staff for construction layout projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping.
- Perform QA/QC functions to assure deliverables meet company, State, and client standards.
- Development of cost estimates and preparation of technical reports and proposals for construction
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager.
- Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret Civil, Structural, and Architectural plans and drawings.
- Proven track record of successful survey project management
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson surveying platforms.

Familiarity with Trimble hardware and software.

FAA Part 107 certification preferred.

Experience processing UAS and HDLS point clouds preferred.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
