Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse

The Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Nurse is responsible for the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of patient care for individuals receiving peritoneal dialysis. This role includes patient education, training for home dialysis, ongoing clinical assessment, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The PD Nurse promotes patient independence while ensuring adherence to clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
