
Division Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
The Division Human Resources Generalist serves as the strategic HR business partner to the General Manager and leadership team. This role leads all divisional HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, training, compliance, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and the Sheehan Family Companies’ mission, values, and culture. The Division HR Generalist builds trusted partnerships with managers and employees to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace and deliver consistent, compliant HR practices across the division.
