Job Description
The Reservations Experience Agent is responsible for assisting guests with the planning process for their visit by promoting all Nemacolin’s resort services and experiences. This position is responsible for sharing resort knowledge about facilities, dining options, activities, and local attractions with guests. This individual will be communicating with returning guests prior to arrival and upon departure to ensure that expectations are exceeded.
