Site Supervisor (Delta Landing)

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned emergency shelter programs and ensuring a safe, clean, and structured environment for residents and staff. This role provides direct supervision of Shelter Specialists (regular and relief staff) and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with program standards. Delta Landing is a 172-room emergency shelter program within Contra Costa Health Services Health, Housing and Homeless Services Division, in partnership with Heluna Health. Our mission is to provide safe, interim housing with comprehensive services that support adults experiencing homelessness in securing permanent housing and ending their homelessness.
