Delta Landing is a 172-room emergency shelter program and a public/private partnership between Contra Costa Health Services, Health, Housing and Homeless Services Division, and Heluna Health. Our mission is to provide safe, interim housing with comprehensive services that support adults experiencing homelessness in securing permanent housing and ending their homelessness.
