Process and Systems Specialist

Support the Director of Process and Systems with maintaining and implementing core systems. Responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on KeyStone, Meridian Link, & Alkami. This role will demand a high level of competence and a detailed working knowledge of key delivery systems, the ability to identify problems and make suggestions on how to correct. Must be able to identify issues related to the key delivery systems and how they interact with the core. Will also help with other systems we use as a backup support for branches. Must have excellent communication skills to communicate with vendors and staff.
