Systems Manager, ECM

Quadax is seeking a proven Systems Manager (“SM”) to support the overall delivery of the Company’s strategy, including process improvement and client implementations for the Enterprise Content Management (“ECM”) team. The successful candidate will oversee and monitor project timelines throughout the project management lifecycle while leading a high-performing team responsible for the OnBase Document Management System. The SM will ensure alignment of client support requests to business objectives and enforce the Company’s IT Change Management policies. In addition to delivery responsibilities, this role includes direct people leadership, focused on building, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.
