Job Description
$18 to $22 an hour.
Remote: Although this position is listed as remote, the training period requires you working onsite 5 days/week for 3 months at our Middleburg Heights, OH or Milan, OH facility before transitioning to remote.
Overview: Bill patients and assist them with their account balance after the insurance reimbursement process has been completed. Act as a patient advocate by verifying that every attempt to seek the maximum reimbursement from the insurance company had been exhausted and by making our financial assistance programs available to every patient to lessen or remove any financial burden.
