Job Description
The Client Support Assistant is responsible for providing client-centered support services, including social engagement, emotional support, and education on health and social service systems, with the goal of promoting positive outcomes and overall client stability. This role actively engages and empowers individuals who are eligible for and seeking services through Care Resource, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their care journey. The Client Support Assistant also supports the intake process by collecting required documentation and providing administrative assistance to facilitate timely and efficient service delivery. Additionally, the role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling client appointments, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
