Job Description
* Interviewing candidates and determine the top candidates for management to review
* Ensuring a swift selection process, and assisting in overseeing candidate completion of pre and post hire paperwork
* Monitor and assess candidate volume for job requisitions and adjust strategy as needed.
* Update the status of applicants in the ATS and HCM system
* Utilize multiple recruitment sourcing strategies to capture quality candidates
* Conduct initial phone screens with all applicants
* Post to various job board ads and social media as needed
* Manage the relationship with the applicants throughout the interview process
* Assist with corporate office position as needed
* Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates
* Maintain recruiting statistics and reports
* Performing other special projects as assigned
* Responsible for meeting KPIs to include weekly recruiting hiring targets.
