Delivery Specialist

Reporting to the SVP of Delivery, the Delivery Specialist in partnership with the Delivery leaders will play a critical role in improving the efficiency of implementations and reducing the time to take a client live. This includes defining and refining process and procedures, optimizing tools, establishing and analyzing metrics and strengthening reporting capabilities for greater transparency and visibility into the Delivery efforts.
