White Oak Kings Mountain is looking for a flexible LPN to be a preceptor to our newly hired floor nurses! The LPN Preceptor will support the successful onboarding, orientation and retention of newly hired Licensed Practical Nurses. This position includes retention milestone bonuses for the preceptor. The LPN preceptor will maintain an ongoing mentorship relationship with the new hire, including providing guidance, support, and periodic check-ins, for a period of one year from the new hire's start date.
In addition to an excellent wage base on YOUR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, you'll receive retention bonuses of $500 at 90 days, 6 Months, and at one year of employment ($1500) for each nurse that you have trained and maintained a mentorship relationship.
Must be a licensed LPN in the state of North Carolina and have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
