Director of Finance | Luxury Forbes-Rated Resort
Join one of the region’s premier luxury resorts as our next Director of Finance — a key Executive Committee leader responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and business performance in a Forbes-rated environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on finance executive who thrives in luxury hospitality and understands how to balance financial discipline with elevated guest experiences.
What You Will Do
• Lead all hotel financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Partner closely with the Managing Director and Executive Team to drive profitability and operational performance
• Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend strategic corrective actions
• Oversee cash flow, vendor contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports to ownership and senior leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while promoting accountability and operational excellence
• Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders across the resort
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of progressive finance leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort operations
• Executive presence with strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and internal controls
• Experience leading audits, financial reporting, and operational strategy in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred
