Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with union labor relations, including CBA administration and grievance management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational HR execution with broader workforce planning initiatives.
- Experience partnering closely with Finance and Payroll.
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and wage and hour regulations.
- Willingness to maintain a regular onsite presence at our two locations.
- Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
