Job Description
The position consists of answering and documenting all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with their rental needs. The position includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building, and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating / providing services for our customers. This includes taking orders for deliveries, pick-ups, and fielding telephone calls that require some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. May deliver equipment occasionally. The position also consists of coordinating and dispatching all delivery vehicles for pick-ups, deliveries and exchanges to ensure all delivery times are met. The position requires clear, concise, and professional communication with drivers and customers.
