Position Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Accounting Manager, the Manager of Accounting is responsible for accounting for business acquisitions under the guidance of ASC 805. This position will also assist with the monthly corporate close process as needed and will also identify and support the accounting for technical accounting matters such as leasing (ASC 842) and at times, revenue recognition (ASC 606). The ideal candidate has a public accounting/private company mix of experience, is comfortable in a hands-on leadership role, and thrives on problem solving rather than simply escalating issues. This individual will be a key partner to the Senior Accounting Manager. individual will be a key partner to the Director of Accounting and VP of Finance.
