Position Purpose:

Craft Recordings is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role will assist with campaign logistics, asset organization, and cross-departmental communication to help ensure smooth execution across our artist and label projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about cross-genre music—ready to help legendary recordings find new audiences.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Distribute marketing materials across internal teams, circulating approved assets, release onesheets, sales sheets, and weekly updates to ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, Publicity, and Inventory Planning.
Build and maintain online media kits for releases by gathering pack shots, press releases, publicity photos, and related assets, coordinating with the Publicity team to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and launchready.
Prepare and circulate sales sheets for releases by researching artists and compiling key information (tracklists, pricing codes, social data, and background), and distributing materials to Inventory Planning, Sales, and internal teams.
Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including invoice submission, vendor onboarding, expense reporting, receipt tracking, and resolving budget issues using internal systems (e.g., Graphite, Truist).
Archive and organize campaign assets within shared drives, ensuring all final materials are properly labeled, versioncontrolled, and accessible to the wider label team.
Coordinate with the Publicity team to manage physical mailouts, eGratis requests, and support the collection of links for press reports as needed.
Generate and maintain tracked links and fan-facing assets, including pivot links, smart links, QR codes, and embeds for announcements.
Manage operational tracking and shared calendars, including PM rosters, announcement and street dates, tour date calendars, and ticket requests.
Manage video ISRC requests and whitelisting (e.g. for Meta and TikTok) for artist, label and partner accounts.
Attend team meetings, take detailed notes, and track followups, ensuring approved action items and updates are documented and circulated in a timely manner.
Support internal communications and reporting by gathering weekly Craft marketing updates and contributing assets and copy for Concord’s companywide newsletter.
Contribute to research projects, including gathering key dates, artist background, market context, and campaign opportunities to support planning and execution.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in marketing (music, entertainment, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Passion for music, and connecting artists with fans in meaningful, modern ways.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with others
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at once
Possesses a keen energy to innovate and collaborate on creative projects, with a desire to continuously learn
Bonus points for basic proficiency in creative editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, or Canva

 

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000

 

*This job is hybrid- requiring 3 days a week minimum on site.
