We champion legendary artists of all genres and keep their stories alive through timely reissues, thoughtful storytelling, and dynamic digital/social experiences. From audiophile-grade vinyl pressings to exploration-driven streaming campaigns, our mission is to turn classic tracks into new discoveries for every listener. Craft Recordings is also home to Concord Jazz, the label’s dedicated home for jazz repertoire. Concord Jazz spans catalogdriven projects alongside select frontline jazz releases.

Position Purpose:

Craft Recordings is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns that elevate our iconic roster and timeless catalog. This role helps elevate each artist’s creative and cultural impact while expanding reach across generations and platforms—connecting new listeners to our catalog and reengaging longtime fans. Campaigns may support anniversaries, reissues, deluxe editions, archival storytelling, cultural milestones, and evergreen programming, with an eye toward genre nuance, authenticity, and performance.

In close partnership with Marketing, Social & Content, Paid Media, and Audience Development, this handson role supports day-to-day digital campaign execution, channel performance, and ongoing optimization. Success requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Execute digital marketing initiatives across CRM, influencer, and digital channels for campaigns tied to releases, anniversaries, reissues, always-on artists, and cultural moments to drive audience growth, engagement, and streaming consumption.
Support CRM (email and SMS) execution including campaign buildouts, scheduling, segmentation, and performance analysis—leveraging firstparty data (Klaviyo, Laylo, or similar) to drive list growth, engagement, and conversion.
Execute in-house influencer seeding: identify and brief creators, manage outreach, coordinate mailouts and payment processing, and track results to drive campaign awareness, participation, and shareable content.
Plan and execute audience growth initiatives (contests, partnerships, giveaways, and data capture programs) to support fan acquisition and engagement across label and artists.
Support the creation of digital assets by coordinating and submitting asset requests, gathering inputs, and managing approvals for graphics, videos, ad assets, playlist covers, and banners.
Support the social team with content planning and scheduling—including managing assigned social calendars, uploading assets, and maintaining posting workflows.
Support social reporting and analysis by pulling platform performance data, organizing metrics, and collaborating with the social team to surface insights for campaign recaps and optimization conversations.
Manage content updates across owned artist and label websites tied to releases and campaigns, including page updates, embeds, and link maintenance.
Stay current on platform trends and audience behavior; and share learnings that strengthen campaign goals, creative and amplification.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, audience development, or social/influencer marketing (music, entertainment, or culture-forward brands preferred).
Strong understanding of crossgenre audiences across platforms and how they engage with digital campaigns over time.
Hands-on CRM experience (email/SMS), including segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
Analytics and platform reporting comfort, with the ability to support insights and recommendations in collaboration with crossfunctional partners.
Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently
Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Copywriting skills are a plus, especially for translating artist stories into clear, compelling messaging across CRM and digital campaign touchpoints.
Familiarity with digital creative formats and specs; bonus for hands-on experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
