The Role:
The Raymond brand is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Brand Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on operations coordination and asset readiness.
This role will work closely with brand marketing to deliver marketing programs, campaigns, and assets on time. They will serve as the central coordinator for the brand marketing team, working with cross-functional teams and external partners, managing workflows, timelines, and resources.
The ideal candidate combines strong brand awareness with operational discipline, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining brand consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional trade shows, customer events, open houses, and industry-related activities
- Manage trade show booth space selection, registration, and coordination of show services and logistics
- Work with the brand marketing team to develop trade show content, graphics, videos, and promotions
- Ensure that all event materials, displays, and equipment are prepared, transported, and maintained according to brand standards
- Set up trade show and event planning meetings
- Manage meals and hotel reservations for Company attendees at the annual MHI trade show
- Coordinate with trade show vendors, exhibit houses, logistics providers, and other service partners to fulfill event requirements
- Serve as a point of contact with industry organizations regarding membership dues, sponsorships, booth assignments, and event compliance
- Maintain and coordinate the movement, storage, and upkeep of trade show displays, demo equipment, signage, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with internal teams including brand marketing, product management, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of event objectives and messaging
- Oversee on-site setup and teardown of event spaces, booths, and displays, ensuring all elements meet brand and safety standards
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, trade show planning, and/or marketing operations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality event experiences
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or event software is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel and support event execution on-site as needed
What Sets You Apart:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality event experiences
- Experience in a B2B or industrial environment is preferred
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and is preferred
Where and When You’ll Work:
- Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule: collaborate in person at our Greene, NY office Monday-Wednesday and work remotely Thursday and Friday.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65,000 - $83,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
