Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates to fill an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role; they are responsible for generating sales and growing revenue by reaching out to existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. Duties and responsibilities will include conducting research on prospects, initiating contact through various channels, and responding to inbound inquiries. ISRs will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships. They will collaborate interdepartmentally and engage with customers via phone, email, and video to provide product information and deliver solutions. ISRs will also be responsible for forecasting and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and ERP, along with hitting target KPIs and driving growth.
