Job Description
The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) Center for Autism is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include:
Daily administrative and program oversite for Autism services within a designated center(s). The ACD participates in the development of annual site strategic planning as well as the development of goals and objectives pertaining to quality, productivity, and cost effective operations. Assures that high quality Applied Behavioral Analysis treatment is provided by appropriately trained staff, ensures a safe and efficient physical environment, and establishes treatment protocols that will ensure the implementation and fidelity to evidence based practices. The ACD is responsible for providing clinical services as a BCBA as needed to support the teams.
