Job Description

Summary: Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
 
Performs all necessary project work as needed / requested – this includes but is not limited to: floor
care, window washing, pressure washing, high dusting, etc.
• Updates and resolves work tickets as necessary in our electronic quality assurance platform.
• Operates various types of equipment while donning adequate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Measures chemicals correctly.
• Maintains chemicals, including labeling and dispensing correctly.
• Cleans and maintains all equipment in accordance with manufacture guidelines.
• Reports any maintenance issues to supervisor or manager.
• Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance at the job site or location.
• Assists with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and
promotion of specific projects as needed.
• Loads and unloads equipment from work vehicles.
• Vacuums, shampoos, bonnets and extracts carpets / stairwells.
• Performs preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use.
• Performs floor care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing and burnishing on hard surface
floors and stairwells.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
