The Opportunity

The Market Director, reporting directly to the GM/VP of Renewables business unit, is responsible for the growth, strategy, market positioning, and overall business development for Renewables. The Market Director is a key member of Ulteig Leadership Team who develops the enterprise strategic plans, initiatives and associated implementation plans. This is a people-leader role accountable for building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, and creating a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability. This individual will actively shape and drive collaboration within the team as well as across the broader organization, fostering alignment and ensuring collective progress toward shared goals.
