Substation Engineering Supervisor

The Opportunity 

Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Engineering Supervisor (ES) position within the Substation department. This role will focus on leading a subset of the teams' engineers and technicians to foster on-the-job leadership development and allow for additional and efficient team growth, while supporting projects. This individual will report to directly to the Substation Associate Director or Technical Manager, interacting closely with other corporate business units such as sales, marketing, account management and project management. The Engineering Supervisor is a self-starting technical leader with expertise in leadership, communication, and resource management.
